Yes, I work under an alias — Vlad Forget — not because I'm hiding, but because a good name is just another piece of product design.

Travelling:

I've been in love with travelling since I was a kid — every new city, language and plate of street food is a small design study in how people actually live. The more places I see, the more ideas I quietly bring back into my work.

Japan reset the way I think about detail and calm. I try to get on a plane a few times a year, always with a camera in one hand and an empty notebook that never stays empty for long.

languages:

Learning languages is one of my favourite habits — it's the fastest way to actually understand a culture instead of just passing through it. Every new language quietly rewires how I think and what I notice.

Three is not my finish line. Russian and English feel like home, Spanish is almost there, and French is next on the list — I really don't plan to stop counting.

Fav Music:

Music is the soundtrack to everything I design — I genuinely can't sketch a single screen in silence. My taste jumps from heavy nu-metal to dreamy psychedelia, and that contrast is exactly what keeps my ideas from getting boring.

These four covers are on permanent repeat — from Limp Bizkit's raw energy to Michael Jackson's timeless groove. Whatever I'm designing, one of them is usually playing in the background.

I've always loved drawing, ever since I was a kid — I used to fill the margins of every notebook when I was supposed to be doing something else. For years I told myself I just wasn't "talented" enough and quietly dropped it. Lately I've properly sat down to learn it again: studying proportion, light and shadow, and simply drawing every single day, even when it comes out ugly. This is one of my recent attempts — still rough, but for the first time it feels like I'm actually getting somewhere, one messy sketch at a time.

Back from Japan and honestly still living in it in my head. I loved every single second there — the quiet order of the streets, the obsessive attention to the tiniest details, the food that somehow tasted perfect even from a random corner spot, and how genuinely kind everyone was. As a designer it felt like walking through a whole country that treats everyday life as a craft. I came home with a full camera roll, a notebook packed with ideas, and a real itch to go back as soon as I can. Easily one of the best trips of my life.

Finally finished Better Call Saul, and honestly — it's the best show I have ever watched. The writing, the pacing, the camerawork, Bob Odenkirk's performance — every single frame feels deliberate, like someone agonised over it for hours. It's a slow burn, but that's exactly the point: you watch a decent man quietly talk himself into becoming someone else, and by the end it genuinely breaks your heart. Very few things in any medium are built this carefully. If you somehow haven't seen it yet — start with Breaking Bad and thank me later.

Escaped the city for the evening and drove out to the water just to catch the sunset. I really love getting out into nature like this — no notifications, no screens, no deadlines, just the sound of the water and the sky slowly changing colour. It's the fastest way I know to clear my head and remember that most of the things I stress about really aren't that big a deal. I always come back from evenings like this calmer — and, weirdly, with my best ideas.
